I. How to purchase the tickets?
• To buy your tickets on the official website: http://www.goodluckbeijing.com.cn/
• To call the hot line:

• Straight from the Box Offices at the venue!
If you obtained the ticket from a channel other than the above mentioned, it is possible that the ticket was a lost / missing or a stolen one, a counterfeited one or obtained through other illegal means and you shall undertake all the risks and responsibilities thereof.
II. When are the tickets on sale?
If you are to buy your tickets from the official website or through the hotline, you can go and check it 2 weeks prior to the sport event concerned starts (confirmation of the start time in accordance with the official website);
If you prefer to buy your tickets on site, no earlier than 3 days before the competition begins the tickets will be available from the Box Offices at the venue.
III. How about the ticket price and by what means shall I pay?
About the ticket price: (further details to consult the official website)
• For the Preliminaries / Qualification, tickets are priced between 10 and 30 RMB;
• For the Finals, price is between 30 and 150 RMB.
About the means of your payment:
• Online banking (not applicable at Box Offices)
• By credit card (not applicable at Box Offices)
• In cash
IV. NOTICE
• All spectators must have a valid ticket with the exception of children who are under 2 years old, in which case the child should occupy the same seat with his/her companion.
• To seat the disabled spectators, certain number of wheelchair seating tickets will be available for every session. Also, assistance will be provided for their companion to purchase seats adjacent to the wheelchair.
• Lost tickets will not be replaced. In case of defaced/damaged ticket where it is not possible to read the ticket details, you should purchase another valid ticket for entrance.
• Once left the venue (which means to overstep the security perimeter of the venue) prior to the end of the session at the venue, your ticket would not allow you to re-enter the venue.
• Reselling and/or trading of tickets is prohibited. Tickets must not be used for any purpose of politics, religion, commerce, advertising or promotion unless there is in advance a written approval by the “Organizing Committee of the 'Good Luck Beijing' Sport Events”.
