The "Good Luck Beijing" 2007 Junior World Wrestling Championships wrapped up all the eight women's freestyle events today with China claiming three golds, two silvers and two bronzes on aggregate to win the team title.

Defending champions Russia did well on the first day, beating China to gain two golds in the 44kg and 67kg events. Today China turned the table to defeat their Russian counterparts in the 55kg and 72kg finals.

In the 63kg final, Russia was upset by Ukraine missing the gold.

As a black horse of the tournament, China sent a team composing of several talented young wrestlers, coming from nowhere to triumph.

Japan, team runner-up of the last junior world championships, didn't find its form at the tournament as all the Japanese wrestlers competing in the first day's matches were ejected and today only one took a silver medal in the 48kg final after falling to a Swedish opponent.

After the two-day competition, China won the team gold beating Russia into second and Ukraine third.

Desipte ranking top in the championships, China's women wrestlers keep perspective as they will train hard to solve the problems in fields like physical strength and mentality as well as the ability to score key points in the competition.
